What will you do?
- Provide technical support and systems integration of IGT Advantage suite and supporting tools (e.g., Patron Management, Promotions, EZ Pay)
- Ensure secure integration of gaming platforms with ERP, POS, hospitality, loyalty, and regulatory systems
- Develop, maintain, and document APIs, interfaces, and batch processes
- Maintain data integrity across platforms (including Keno, AML, financial, and regulatory reporting)
- Assist in managing vendor relationships during integration projects or upgrades
- Create and maintain documentation of system data flows and interface architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming systems support and IT integration projects with hands-on experience with IGT systems and enterprise integrations
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred
- Equivalent industry certification such as SQL database administration, scripting and reporting
- Proven knowledge of APIs, data transformation, middleware, and scripting
