What You’ll Be Taking Ownership Of
- Responsive Maintenance – Action work orders for residential properties under Henderson Asset Management. Quick, clean, and to the standard.
- Minor Works & Defects – Fix and finalise recently completed Endeavour Build homes.
- Systems & Processes – Help design how this division operates: tools, workflows, reporting, contractor engagement, and input into job tracking, allocation and invoicing systems to suit a fast response Maintenance Division
- Contractor Oversight – When it’s not in your scope, bring in the right tradies and ensure it’s done right.
- Leadership Pathway – As the division grows, you'll be involved in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members.
- Multi-trade experience — carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, concreting, glazing, general maintenance.
- Strong self-management skills — you know how to run your own day and own your outcomes.
- System & Software Acceptance - an awareness or an eagerness to develop and implement a tailored schedule or rates software system for all maintenance activities
- A solutions-first mindset — if something’s broken, you fix it. If a system’s inefficient, you improve it.
- Clear, confident communication — you’re the link between tenants, property managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- A desire to lead — you want to grow with the role and eventually lead a high-performance maintenance team
