About The Role

As our Senior Implementation Specialist, you’ll lead the technical design, setup, and deployment of Global Payments integrations with ISV and enterprise partners. You’ll be the bridge between our product capabilities and partner requirements—guiding them from discovery through to go-live, and ensuring they get the most value from our solutions.

You’ll manage the full technical lifecycle, from designing scalable integration strategies to supporting QA certification and go-to-market readiness. With your deep knowledge of APIs and excellent stakeholder communication, you’ll become a trusted advisor to our partners while championing continuous improvement across our products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to scope out partner needs and design tailored integration solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end technical architecture and deployment journey for partner integrations.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for ISV and enterprise partners, supporting them from onboarding to post-implementation handover.
  • Set up sandbox environments, test configurations, and ensure alignment with internal product capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Development, and Onboarding teams to ensure frictionless integration experiences.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including solution designs, Statements of Work, and process flows.
  • Guide partners through QA, testing, and certification processes.
  • Identify integration improvements and provide feedback to Product and Professional Services teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to support innovative and future-ready solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders across ISV and enterprise partners.

About you

We’re looking for a teammate who will stand by our values and bring them to life. A brand ambassador who collaborates, partners and stands with us.

You’ll Also Bring

  • 5+ years in a technical implementation, integration, or solution design role—ideally within Payments, SaaS, or large-scale API environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects with ISVs or enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of API technologies, including REST, OAuth2, Basic Auth, webhooks, and JSON error handling.
  • Familiarity with API tools like Postman, Swagger, and related integration testing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success delivering scalable, commercially-aligned API integrations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, partner-focused environments with competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify risks early and solve problems collaboratively.
