Delaware North Australia is hiring a Business Analyst to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, Northern Territory. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting project delivery and operational improvements across Mindil Beach Casino Resort. Working closely with the Project Manager and IT teams, you will drive business deliverables and support compliance focused initiatives. What will you do?

  • Support end-to-end project delivery by partnering with Project Managers and IT from initiation through implementation
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes to drive operational improvements and informed decision-making
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops and act as a communication bridge between operations and IT
  • Assist with testing and compliance, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring alignment with gaming regulations
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders as needed
  • Support project tracking, analysis, and capability uplift, contributing to cost/benefit analysis and enhancing project maturity

More About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or systems-focused environments with demonstrated experience in casino gaming operations, systems, or compliance
  • Degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, preferred
  • Project management or business analysis certifications, preferred
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools like MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com, or similar
