What will you do?
- Support end-to-end project delivery by partnering with Project Managers and IT from initiation through implementation
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes to drive operational improvements and informed decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops and act as a communication bridge between operations and IT
- Assist with testing and compliance, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring alignment with gaming regulations
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders as needed
- Support project tracking, analysis, and capability uplift, contributing to cost/benefit analysis and enhancing project maturity
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or systems-focused environments with demonstrated experience in casino gaming operations, systems, or compliance
- Degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, preferred
- Project management or business analysis certifications, preferred
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com, or similar
