The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Proficiency Trainer to join the Mining Pro team at Burton Mine. This is a great opportunity to join us in a full-time position and have potential long-term career growth.
Mining Pro provides mining production and maintenance services, operational supervision and management to execute mining projects from a single production fleet to a whole of mine solution. Our site teams execute operational mine plans that allows our client partners to focus on running safe, productive and profitable mining operations.

The Role

- Full-time position with annual and personal leave
- 7/7 Roster
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trainer Assessor role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in coal mining
- Certificate IV Trainer Assessor (TAE 40116)
- Experience operating:
- 400 & 600 Tonne Production Excavators
- Dozer D10 and D11 (or equivalent)
- Valid Australian Driver Licence
- Signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts)
- $2000 sign on bonus
- BIBO available from Mackay
