The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.

Position Profile
- Provides contemporary Human Resource Management to provide a tactical and operational employee experience that is responsive, and solution focussed. Manages allocated caseload to provide an expert consultancy and advisory service to management and employees on all aspects of Human Resource Management including carriage of high risk and complex matters
- Participates in the development of human resource standards and policies and special projects. Contributes to the development and achievement of operational and strategic outcomes
- Provides an expert consultancy and advisory service to Human Resource Consultants, the executive, managers and employees on all aspects of Human Resource and personnel management within the WA Health Employment Policy including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Conditions of Employment, Equal Employment Opportunity, Grievance management, Performance Management, Discipline, Conflict Resolution, Award Interpretation, Redeployment, Position Establishment and Classification.
