Reporting to the F&B Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a friendly and professional F&B service with the upmost efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Provide our guests with exceptional customer service ensuring their expectations are always met.
  • Working with customers and kitchen to ensure service times are adhered too.
  • Be proficient in systems,, maintain control of restaurants and bistro service equipment, and carry out regular stock takes.
  • Training and development of floor staff with the constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
  • Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.

The ideal person for this role will be an ambitious multi-skilled and proactive Team Member with demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
  • Have previous F&B Supervisory experience(preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Table service and counter service experience.
  • Have a current or able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol(RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling(RCG) competency card.
