Reporting to the F&B Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a friendly and professional F&B service with the upmost efficiency and attention to detail.
- Provide our guests with exceptional customer service ensuring their expectations are always met.
- Working with customers and kitchen to ensure service times are adhered too.
- Be proficient in systems,, maintain control of restaurants and bistro service equipment, and carry out regular stock takes.
- Training and development of floor staff with the constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.
The ideal person for this role will be an ambitious multi-skilled and proactive Team Member with demonstrated experience in the following:
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
- Have previous F&B Supervisory experience(preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Table service and counter service experience.
- Have a current or able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol(RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling(RCG) competency card.
