The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team based in either our Derrimut or Dandenong South Branch The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating onsite project works & events within Victoria. The Site Supervisor will proactively lead to meet and exceed expectations by providing exceptional customer service, and problem-solving issues.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team based in either our Derrimut or Dandenong South Branch The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating onsite project works & events within Victoria. The Site Supervisor will proactively lead to meet and exceed expectations by providing exceptional customer service, and problem-solving issues.
Key Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To
- Ensure work installed meets compliance requirements
- Adhere to OH&S policies and procedures
- OH&S Management on projects
- Site Supervision and onsite coordination of events and assigned project works
- Liaise with Customer Service Representatives, Site Managers, Project Engineers, and CA's onsite to ensure the scope is being delivered correctly
- Assist with resolving issues regarding installation, paperwork, and stock discrepancies
- Completing site counts and ensure adequate stock is available
- Identify additional equipment requirements to increase efficiency on site and improve performance
- Assisting in the onsite installation and maintenance of Site Camera works
- Proven experience in site supervision (strongly desired)
- Background in construction or events installation with a focus on quality
- Confident in managing subcontractors and leading from the front
- A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Understanding of OH&S / WHS requirements and procedures
- Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence (essential)
- MR Truck Licence (desirable)
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain)
