We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join the Mining Pro team! This is a great opportunity in a full-time position and have potential long-term career growth.
Mining Pro provide mining services, sub-contractor management and mine support services for the mining industry in Australia. Our site teams execute operational mine plans that allows our client partners to focus on running safe, productive and profitable mining operations.

- Full-time position with annual and personal leave
- 7/7 Roster – Dayshift only
- Understanding and working knowledge of the following:
- Fair Work legislation and relevant state WH&S legislation
- Relevant state mining legislation
- Industry Training and Assessment Framework’s
- Enterprise Agreement interpretation
- Computer literacy and administrative skills
- HR/Business Administration qualifications
- Rehab/Return to Work qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE 40116 (Desirable)
- Valid Australian Driver Licence
- $2000 sign on bonus
