We’re looking for a visionary brand and marketing leader who lives our purpose and values — someone who can inspire, influence, and ignite change. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you’ll shape Hawaiian’s brand story and bring it to life across every touchpoint.

A Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

Strategic Leadership - Champion Hawaiian’s purpose and values through a bold, purpose-led brand narrative that inspires our people and resonates with our communities.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Leadership - Design and deliver high-impact marketing programs across our portfolio — driving growth, engagement, and market share.

Public Relations & Reputation Management - Lead Hawaiian’s PR strategy to proactively shape public perception and deepen community trust.

Corporate Communications & Digital Experience - Drive digital innovation and user experience across Hawaiian’s owned platforms, including website and corporate social media channels.

Governance, Budget & Reporting - Set targets and develop an associated action plan to deliver increased visitation over a 3-year horizon, to quantify how much increased dwell lead means to our customer’s sales.

People & Culture – The Hawaiian Way - Foster a creative, collaborative, and purpose-aligned team culture that encourages innovation by working as a partner to other Hawaiian portfolios – Shopping Centres, Claremont Quarter, Office Buildings and Hospitality.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, arts, communications, journalism or related discipline.
  • 15+ years professional experience.
  • Experienced brand and marketing leader, able to operate as a trusted advisor, build effective stakeholder relationships, identify risk and manage complex issues.
  • An excellent strategic thinker and writer with experience leading teams and working across functions with a highly commercial and collaborative approach.
  • The ability to influence and guide the Executive Leadership team and build relationships and engage with people across the organisation.
  • High quality preparation and delivery of internal and external communications.
  • Able to think strategically and execute at pace across a range of competing priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
