As a Data Analyst, you’ll gather, process, and analyse financial data to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your work will directly impact our mission to make financial empowerment accessible to everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Design and deliver detailed financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform decision-making.
- Use data storytelling and visualization to present insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business needs and solve complex problems.
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance BI processes, practice and self-service reporting.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all data processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or financial analysis, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL. Experience with Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, investment strategies, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Python
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
