The Opportunity:

We’re on the lookout for a full time ongoing, creative and passionate Decorator / Product Finisher to join our Bendigo team. This hands-on role involves crafting and finishing a wide range of beloved bakery treats – from zoomers, donuts and personalised shortbreads to our iconic vanilla slice and the legendary Beesting.

You'll work closely with our Front of House team to help deliver not just great products, but memorable experiences that keep our customers coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate and finish a variety of bakery products to a high standard.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and presentation consistency.
• Accurately follow recipe cards, including weights and measurements.
• Support the wider bakery team as needed, including learning some Front of House duties such as customer service.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of creativity, precision, and a passion for hospitality.

You’ll ideally have:

• Trade qualifications (pastry or equivalent) – desirable but not essential for experienced candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• A reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced food or bakery environment.
