What’s On Offer?
As the Permits Coordinator, you will assess and prepare applications to approving authorities. You will work as part of a collaborative and high performing team where you will be provided with ongoing development, training and support.
The role involves:
- Checking construction plans
- Preparing:
-
- building submissions to utility and other authorities
- plan submissions for approval from land developer
- submissions to building surveyor for building permits
- submissions to councils for consent and town planning applications
- Monitoring approvals workflow to ensure all applications are assessed within agreed timeframes
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver on outcomes
- General administrative duties
What You’ll Bring
Your high attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management as well as your ability to negotiate win-win outcomes with third parties will ensure your ongoing success in this role. You will also bring -
