Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Investment Solutions & Oversight (ISO) team and ISO is centralised function that includes Investment Specialists, Responsible Investment experts and a technical support function that supports Investment teams, Product and Distribution. The team works closely with each of the multiple independent investment boutiques within Perpetual Group.
About the Role
Join our dynamic team at Investment Solutions & Oversight (ISO)! As an Analyst, you will:
- Work with Investment Specialists on provision of regular insights and portfolio information updates to the broader Sales Team
- Writing market and portfolio commentary
- Assisting ISO, Sales and Investment teams with the production and updating of Pitch books, RFPs, DDQs, other pitch material
- Responding to information and technical requests from Distribution in liaison with other teams (e.g. Reporting, Performance & Analytics)
- Producing ad hoc, bespoke and standard competitor analyses and other technical sales support material using the Morningstar Direct System, Factset and internal systems
- Maintaining and writing FSC Fund documentation
- Delivering accurate and timely information to Distribution for Research Houses and Asset Consultants and client reviews
- The role provides opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of each of the investment capabilities, as well as work closely with Distribution and Investment Specialists
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Good working knowledge and understanding of the Investment Management industry and financial markets
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel/ VBA skills desirable
- Completed undergraduate degree
- Post graduate qualifications, or studying for post-graduate qualifications in a Finance related area is desirable
