Business Analyst - Supply Chain & Logistics is Mandatory

Balance have been engaged to hire an experienced Business Analyst for this successful, rapidly growing enterprise. Deployed on a Business Optimisation program, your responsibilities to include:

• Act as the conduit between the business stakeholders and project teams
• Define project scope, document requirements and assist with the success of the projects
• Challenge and validate business and user requirements to meet project objectives
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create detailed specifications, use cases, process flows and requirement documents
• Prepare regular status reports to update stakeholders with activity progress
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process or system improvements
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases to ensure solution meets specified requirements
• Facilitate UAT sessions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Support change management activities assessing the impact on business processes and stakeholders

What you need

• Extensive and recent Supply Chain and Logistics domain experience is essential, preferably in FMCG
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Familiarity with project management practices and tools (Waterfall, Agile, Jira)
• A strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
• A track record working on highly complex and integrated projects
• A confident, resilient nature with the ability to cut through ambiguity
• CBAP, PMI-PBA Certification is a plus but not essential
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Visio, Power BI and SQL highly desirable
