We’re on the lookout for a smart, energetic and people-loving Client Services Manager to join our crew. You’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, helping to drive campaigns from concept to execution. You’re someone who thrives on relationships, gets excited by great ideas, and can keep multiple plates spinning, all while keeping the client smiling and the work sharp.


Your Day-to-Day


  • Be the go-to person for your clients, building strong, trusted relationships and championing their goals
  • Collaborate closely with our strategy, ATL, digital, and Implementation teams to deliver campaigns that punch above their weight
  • Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables, you know how to keep things moving and everyone in the loop
  • Stay curious: you’ll bring fresh thinking to the table, help lead brainstorms, and spot new opportunities to grow the account
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, understanding the latest media trends and how they can benefit our clients


What you Bring


  • 4+ years in a client-facing role, ideally within a media, creative or digital agency
  • A natural communicator, confident, clear and warm, with a knack for building rapport
  • Organised (but flexible), detail-oriented (but creative), and strategic (but hands-on)
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked across both traditional and digital channels
