Included In What You'll Do
- Review and verify key details such as financial, employment, and residential information from loan applicants
- Validate documentation including bank statements and identification documents
- Liaise with employers to confirm applicant income and employment details
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to request missing information or provide updates
- Ensure all applications meet responsible lending and AML/CTF compliance requirements
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, helping ensure every file meets internal policy standards
- Keep systems up to date and applications moving through the process efficiently
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Experience in a finance - ideally in verifications, compliance, or customer support
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot patterns or discrepancies
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple applications and systems while meeting daily decision KPIs
- Understanding of lending policy, responsible lending, and AML/CTF requirements
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and solve problems independently
- Comfortable making outbound calls and collaborating with both internal teams and customers
