Program Director - Cyber Uplift

• 2 year contract up front – Cyber Uplift Program
• You can be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Uplift Program Director with a federal government agency. This role involves overseeing the delivery of the Cyber Uplift Program, ensuring all goals and timeframes are met to the highest quality. You will actively contribute to change management and build relationships with key strategic stakeholders across all tiers of government to drive program implementation and integration.

You Duties Will Include

• Lead, manage, and deliver programs administered by the agency and report on program performance.
• Lead the implementation of operational, policy, procedural, and customer service initiatives related to service delivery programs.
• Lead and manage program staff, overseeing performance, attendance, and health and well-being.
• Negotiate, engage, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver program services.
• Provide specialist advice and procedural guidance to staff, including strategic advice to the Executive.
• Manage program budgets, staffing resources, and associated corporate reporting.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in Performance Management
• Strong background in Project and Program Management
• Experience in Portfolio, Programme, and Project Support
• Proficiency in Quality Management
• Ability to develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
