The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in developing high-quality tenders and proposals that reflect Mettle’s brand, capabilities, and values.

What You’ll Do

As our Submissions Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Lead end-to-end development of tender submissions, EOIs, and capability statements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather, write, and format compelling content
  • Ensure all documents are visually aligned with brand and tone guidelines
  • Use Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint to produce polished, on-brand proposals
  • Maintain and manage submission inboxes, templates, and content libraries
  • Support marketing activities, including social media, brand assets, and collateral
  • Provide general administration support to the corporate and project teams as required

What You’ll Bring

We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in the details. You’ll ideally have:

  • 5–7 years’ experience in bids/submissions (construction sector preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing and document production skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus)
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
