Business Analyst – Project Delivery

NAB is seeking a skilled and driven Consultant (Business Analyst) to support the delivery of strategic initiatives that empower our bankers with quality leads. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between business, data, and delivery teams—helping shape the future of how NAB connects with customers. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing projects, and delivering business value.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead business analysis across the end-to-end project lifecycle
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate them into actionable outcomes
• Contribute to project planning, delivery tracking, and supporting key milestones
• Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and support solution design
• Assist in testing and change management to ensure successful adoption
• Ensure business value and customer experience remain central to delivery
  
  

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a business analyst or project delivery consultant in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work across priorities and keep initiatives moving forward
• A proactive and structured approach to problem solving
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively with delivery and data teams
  
  

Nice to have (Preferred):

• Experience in financial services or banking operations
• Exposure to data-driven initiatives or customer engagement programs
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
• Background working with cross-functional teams on transformation or enablement projects
• Understanding of lead management, sales enablement, or CRM tools
