A skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer is required to join their team specialising in SAP and Azure infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with specific experience in SAP systems and Azure cloud services.


Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Create comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly architectural technical documentation for SAP and Azure infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with system engineers, architects, technical teams, and project managers to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to our style guide and follows best practices for technical writing.
  • Stay current with updates and changes in SAP and Azure technologies and update documentation accordingly.
  • Conduct reviews and edit work produced by other writers, offering constructive feedback to improve quality.


Required Attributes and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within an SAP and/or Azure environment.
  • Understanding of SAP systems, including SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and related modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Active Directory, etc.
  • Strong command of English language, both written and verbal, with excellent proofreading skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


This role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. The role allows for hybrid work from home/office (as agreed).
