Based in Canberra, this organisation is delivering a series of enterprise-level technology upgrades and transformation projects - and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help shape and deliver effective business outcomes.
The Role
Working within an enterprise technologies environment, this role is focused on enabling improvements, system upgrades, and change initiatives. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to deliver analysis that drives clarity, supports delivery, and contributes to long-term organisational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Document and analyse current and future state business processes to support change initiatives
- Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, procedures, and user guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on government ICT projects
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and technical writing
- Canberra-based and available to work in the office a minimum of 2+ days per week
