Job Description

Project Administrator – Civil Infrastructure (Road Project) – Adelaide

ASAP Start | 4–5 Month Contract | Site-Based Role

We’re recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a well-established civil infrastructure contractor delivering a road upgrade project in Adelaide. This is a site-based role suited to someone confident juggling both field-based project duties and office administration tasks.

  • Duration: 4–5 months
  • Start: ASAP
  • Type: Temporary contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team with day-to-day administration
  • Manage site dockets, timesheets, and deliveries
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments
  • Maintain document control, filing systems, and registers
  • Assist with general office management and coordination
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required by the project team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator or Site Administrator role (civil construction preferred)
  • Confident using MS Office and project systems
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and keep things moving in a busy site environment
