About the role

You possess a proven track record of successfully leading an agency recruitment team within a specialized market, preferably in the healthcare sector. Your passion for people is evident in your commitment to mentoring your team through a consultative approach, ensuring exceptional execution to meet business needs and strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement team strategies to drive growth in headcount and revenue.
  • Set strategic direction, establish standards, and embed systems and processes.
  • Advocate for your business and brand by nurturing key client and candidate relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead candidate acquisition through headhunting, social media, advertising, and referrals.
  • Apply a commercial mindset when negotiating with key clients.
  • Mentor and motivate a passionate team of recruiters to achieve their highest potential.

Remuneration

This role offers a salary of up to $125k, along with uncapped commissions and an attractive bonus structure.
