About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join the Global Medics Team, focusing on recruiting permanent and locum Doctors and Nurses across Australia and from overseas. You will be passionate about growing your own desk and collaborating with your team to share leads.

In this candidate-driven market, you will need to be innovative with your sourcing strategies and possess excellent commercial acumen when negotiating with key clients. Although you will operate as a 360 recruiter, you will receive ample support from a dedicated compliance consultant, a para consultant, and centralised resourcing functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing quality candidates through networking, database management, social media, job boards, etc., and building lasting relationships.
  • Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to role opportunities.
  • Establishing and strengthening client relationships to become the preferred supplier of choice.
  • Cross-selling opportunities with other areas in Global Medics.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the team.

Remuneration


This role is paying between $70,000 - $85,000 + uncapped commissions


Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should be:

  • An experienced recruitment consultant with a background in permanent recruitment.
  • Capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proven high achiever, consistently meeting or exceeding billing targets.
  • Self-managing, honest, and trustworthy.
  • An excellent negotiator.
