As a Principal Software Developer, you will play a key role in the research, design, and development of cutting-edge software. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Your expertise will guide architectural decisions, development best practices, and future technological advancements.



What you'll be doing …

• Architect and design software solutions that meet product vision and enterprise-grade standards.
• Lead technical research and development initiatives, ensuring innovative and scalable software.
• Drive best practices in coding, software design, and system architecture.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and software methodologies.
• Develop simple, elegant, and robust software that aligns with defined product requirements.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security in all software solutions.
• Deliver on-time, high-quality software, meeting key performance indicators.
• Write comprehensive code documentation and supporting artifacts.
• Actively participate in product showcases to educate stakeholders on new developments.
• Work closely with Product Development teams to overcome technical complexities.
• Mentor and guide other developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Conduct technical reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high coding standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with work health and safety policies and software development best practices.
• Contribute to ongoing software testing, providing feedback for continuous product improvement.

Your Talents …

• Strong expertise in C# .NET, React, AWS, and cloud-native development.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proven experience in software development, architecture, and technical leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
