We're seeking a reliable Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide a mix of remote and onsite support. You’ll resolve escalated issues, assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits
  • Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Administer users, groups, and MFA in Azure AD
  • Perform onsite work: setups, troubleshooting, and small projects
  • Log all work in PSA (HaloPSA) and IT Glue
  • Apply updates, monitor systems, and support patching
  • Troubleshoot basic networking and VPN issues
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
  • Maintain clear and professional client communication

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years in IT support, ideally MSP experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, and Azure AD
  • Confident working independently onsite
  • Familiar with PSA/RMM tools (e.g. HaloPSA, NinjaOne)
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable

  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102)
  • Experience with Defender, Bitdefender, or similar tools
  • Exposure to PowerShell or automation platforms (e.g. ImmyBot)
  • Knowledge of backups, file migrations, or server basics
