We're seeking a reliable Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide a mix of remote and onsite support. You’ll resolve escalated issues, assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client environments.

- Provide Level 2 support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits
- Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Administer users, groups, and MFA in Azure AD
- Perform onsite work: setups, troubleshooting, and small projects
- Log all work in PSA (HaloPSA) and IT Glue
- Apply updates, monitor systems, and support patching
- Troubleshoot basic networking and VPN issues
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
- Maintain clear and professional client communication
- 2–4 years in IT support, ideally MSP experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, and Azure AD
- Confident working independently onsite
- Familiar with PSA/RMM tools (e.g. HaloPSA, NinjaOne)
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP networking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102)
- Experience with Defender, Bitdefender, or similar tools
- Exposure to PowerShell or automation platforms (e.g. ImmyBot)
- Knowledge of backups, file migrations, or server basics
