What will you do?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Acquisitions Manager - AU to join our team in Southbank, Melbourne to drive customer growth through strategic marketing and lead generation. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for developing and executing targeted acquisition campaigns, particularly focused on our village marketing initiatives across Victoria. As Marketing Acquisitions Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations to deliver data-driven strategies that generate high-quality leads and support business growth.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Setting the overall acquisition strategy and providing strategic direction for village-specific campaigns, while overseeing the execution of these campaigns ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Guiding the development of campaigns that support the entire customer journey, ensuring that strategies from lead generation to resident conversion are effectively implemented
- Providing strategic guidance and collaboration with the digital marketing team, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed on digital channels.
- Working closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales processes, ensuring high-quality leads are passed through.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as digital marketing, brand, creative services, content, sales, and data teams to ensure cohesive acquisition strategies.

Who are you?
- You have proven experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing acquisition strategies that drive measurable customer growth
- You possess strong commercial and strategic acumen, delivering measurable business outcomes
- You are comfortable operating independently of external creative agencies, with the ability to lead campaign development end-to-end, from brief to final asset selection and copywriting
- You are adaptable, self-motivated, and able to contribute meaningfully within a small team
- You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering results
- You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations.
