Spray Seal Operator / Driver – Join a Leading Asphalt & Spray Seal Team!

Industry: Road Construction & Maintenance

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Spray Seal Drivers to join a well-established road surfacing crew working on major infrastructure and maintenance projects across the Perth Metro area and Regional WA. Be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality spray seal services across Australia.

Duties

• Operating spray seal trucks and related road surfacing equipment
• Assisting in the preparation and application of bitumen and aggregate
• Performing routine checks and maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Working closely with the crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
• Travelling to various regional and metro job sites (travel allowance and accommodation provided where applicable)
  
  

Candidate Criteria

• Valid HR or HC driver’s licence (MC highly regarded)
• Previous experience in spray sealing or asphalt application
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
• Flexibility to travel and work extended hours when required
• White Card (Construction Induction) and current traffic control tickets (preferred)
