Job Description
Symphony is seeking a talented Sales Engineer based in Sydney, Australia to oversee and manage technical operations with enterprise accounts. This role will work in close collaboration with sales, product and engineering teams to ensure Symphony’s product and service meet clients’ expectations.

Job Description
Symphony is seeking a talented Sales Engineer based in Sydney, Australia to oversee and manage technical operations with enterprise accounts. This role will work in close collaboration with sales, product and engineering teams to ensure Symphony’s product and service meet clients’ expectations.
Pre Sales Support
- Sales development and support in region in close working with Asia Voice Sales/PS
- Support the Sales team Initial discussions with Australian/NZ clients
- Capable of product/service Demo
- Able to do a high-level architecture and system overview for clients
- Technical discussions with client (Security, Telecoms, Compliance, VR Governance)
- Customer onboarding
- Working closely with PS to resolve any issues
- Support cover for NZ/Australia time zones
- Liaise with helpdesk on NZ/Australia issues/tickets
- Client engagement for upgrades
- Issue resolution for clients
- Technical leads on all projects
- Testing with customers
- CS escalation support (2nd level Support)
- Relationship management
- POC design & discussions
- API Integrations
- Third Party Integrations
