A great opportunity for an experienced Storeperson (Maintenance Delivery Support) to join Ventia. The role covers multiple sites and delivers support to the maintenance delivery of the contract within a stores and equipment capacity across the Transurban Incident Response and Maintenance contract. Although you are working a standard 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday there is a requirement for some flexibility as the network operates 24/7 365 days.

About The Role

You will support the Stores and Plant Supervisor in ensuring effective operation and management of the stores. Duties include: -

  • Ensure Maximo is updated and accurate to delivery outcomes
  • Supporting fleet management
  • Understanding daily work program allocation and meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring equipment is available to enable objectives to be met
  • Facilitating access to project site depots as required
  • Other duties such as housekeeping, warehouse audits, stocktakes, plant/fleet servicing

Required Skills And Experience

  • Solid experience in stores and warehousing, ideally in a maintenance environment
  • Experience in managing plant servicing schedule and defects
  • Intermediate computer skills with experience in Maximo / SAP (desirable)
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Forklift High Risk Work Licence
  • MR/HR Drivers licence
  • Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
