An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join a well-established and forward-thinking building services consultancy based in Perth. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team on a range of technically challenging and high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, defence, education, and mixed-use developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to build a strong foundation in electrical building services design, supported by industry leaders and a structured development framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and documentation of electrical building services including lighting, power distribution, communications, and earthing systems
- Prepare calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings under the supervision of senior engineers
- Contribute to project delivery from concept design through to construction and commissioning
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and coordination with other engineering disciplines and external consultants
- Support the team in meeting project timelines and quality standards
- Keep up to date with relevant industry standards, codes, and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Up to 3 years’ post-graduate experience in a consultancy or engineering environment (building services experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Australian standards and relevant building codes
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit and/or PowerCAD will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
