The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead fit-out projects from inception to completion. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fit-out projects valued between $1m–$5m
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
• Manage client communications and stakeholder expectations
• Drive WHS compliance and site safety culture
• Lead contract administration and reporting
  
  
  

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years’ PM experience in commercial fit-outs
• Proven track record managing projects in the $1m–$5m range
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and project lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solve problems proactively
