Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join our team in our Brisbane office. The role will be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, with an immediate start available.

About The Role

  • Register project documentation from internal and external sources by promptly and accurately recording details in the relevant Document Management Systems.
  • Provide general document control support to project teams, including responding to document numbering/revisioning queries, locating data and DMS trouble shooting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of document control principles, best practices, standards, and procedures.
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to build positive and effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous experience within a document control position with engineering sector would be an advantage, 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Prior use of Document Management Systems including SmartPlant SDx, SharePoint, Aconex and InEight would be an advantage.
  • Vendor data management experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate at all levels and be part of a team.
