About The Role
Based in our Central Contact Centre in Adelaide’s CBD, this full-time permanent role offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment where every interaction makes a difference. You will work rotating shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a once-a-month Saturday shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) that comes with applicable overtime rates. To set you up for success, you will complete a four-week training program, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to schedule medical imaging appointments and provide an exceptional patient experience. About You
- Passionate about customer service with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and navigating different programs simultaneously.
- Proactive, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all inbound callers.
- Assist patients and referrers by efficiently scheduling a variety of medical imaging appointments.
- Handle enquiries with care, professionalism and a patient-first approach.
- Ensure every interaction contributes to an outstanding patient and referrer experience.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers.
