This role based at Ashmore aged care home | Gold Coast will see you working closely with the nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams when performing your resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers. About You

- Excellent safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears!
- Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
- A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services everyday!
- Great communication skills to engage with our elderly residents in a calm, patient and highly empathic manner that builds trust, companionship and friendship in a warm style.
- Diploma of nursing graduate or 2nd year Bachelor of nursing student with a placement completion
- Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector. (*or willingness to obtain)
