We’re proud to offer a team-oriented environment and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team.
About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, supporting team development, and assisting with the financial and operational aspects of the department.
You’ll be an ambassador of our core values: Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect—demonstrating these in every interaction with guests and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations across the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of Food & Beverage team members
Monitor and contribute to revenue performance, including upselling initiatives and cost control
Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, and occupational health and safety standards
Maintain accurate records including sales, inventory, and team rosters
Communicate effectively with the Food & Beverage Manager and provide input on menus, pricing, and promotions
Lead pre-shift briefings and ensure consistent service standards are upheld
Actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage (hotel or hospitality venue preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of stock control, POS systems, and food and beverage service standards
Current RSA certification
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
