Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming support requests via emails, calls and monitoring alerts, being the first point of contact for our clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Review and validate incoming requests for completeness and accuracy, categorising based on urgency.
- Resolve IT issues efficiently, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Identify recurring issues and report trends for proactive resolution.
- Diagnose and address hardware, software, network, or cloud issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, changes, and compliance.
- Windows Desktop & Server Management
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra Cloud technologies
- Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, Intune
- Microsoft Collaboration and Voice Technologies
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
