About The Role

As a Marketing Executive you you’ll play a key role in delivering go-to-market plans for new products and features, managing end-to-end communications through email campaigns, webinars, product collateral, social media, and more.

You’ll also support the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, help coordinate major industry events, and assist with data tracking and reporting in HubSpot to ensure strong marketing ROI. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to a creative, organised, and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for SaaS and customer communication.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Execute product-focused campaigns to increase adoption and engagement (email, webinars, product updates);
  • Develop marketing assets including product guides, feature launch materials, and event collateral;
  • Manage MQL processes and lead nurturing in HubSpot, ensuring seamless CRM integration and reporting;
  • Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Managers and support lead generation initiatives;
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and exhibitions: sponsorships, AV, merchandise, booth materials, etc;
  • Plan and create content for organic and paid social media channels; track performance and recommend improvements;
  • Assist with the production of videos and content for product explainers, social engagement, and webinars;
  • Manage internal marketing communications and help drive alignment across teams.

About you

You’re a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude, known for your collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You combine creative thinking with strategic insight, always ready to bring fresh ideas and energy to the team.

You will also bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role, ideally in SaaS or technology;
  • Familiarity and good working knowledge with marketing automation and CRM (Hubspot and Salesforce experience preferable but not essential);
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills across multiple formats (email, social, web, video);
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
  • Confident managing multiple projects, events, and stakeholders simultaneously;
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Social media content planning and campaign execution experience;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or a related discipline is preferred.

This is a hybrid role with Mon - Wed office based / Thurs & Fri optional from home.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $80, 0000 – 90, 000 base + superannuation
