Job Summary
We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to provide compassionate support, enabling seniors to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. This opportunity offers a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference while contributing to the well-being of the community. You must be able to travel and have a minimum of three weekday availability.

The Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate and respectful care to our elderly, including mobility assistance, transportation and activities of daily living.
- Maintain accurate record of care provided and provide timely reports of key client events and any changes to the rostering team.
- Observing the conditions of our elderly and reporting any concerns.
- Encouraging and facilitating care recipients to make their own decisions
- Providing respite care including companionship and conversation.
- Certificate III in Ageing Support (minimum qualification).
- Minimum of six months experience in a similar field.
- Possess a valid Victorian driver’s licence, access to your own vehicle and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage.
- Commitment to delivering quality care to our elderly community.
- Dementia care experienced preferred.
