Maintenance Supervisor

The Role & Project

MACA Crushing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based out of Muchea. In this key role, you will be responsible for the rebuilding and repair of crushing assets, as well as overseeing yard operations and managing trades and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of jaw crushers, cone crusher and conveyors.
• Previous experience on Terex, Metso, Striker and McCloskey crushing equipment advantageous.
• Monitor equipment condition to ensure mechanically sound and efficient operation.
• Daily supervision and coordination of maintenance and contracting personnel.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Have extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair across crushers and mobile plant fleet
• Competent planning & time management skills
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Hold a current WA drivers’ licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the.
