Operations Administrator - Public Transport - Dandenong

Salary: $63,654 base + 11.5% super
Location: Dandenong

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic team player to join the busy operations team. This role will be based in our Dandenong Depot.

Working closely with the Depot Manager and our experienced operations team, this is a secure position with a strong Administration focus.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to our Operations Supervisors to ensure we provide a dependable, friendly, and sustainable service
• Assisting and supporting our workforce of drivers
• Perform all relevant administrative functions such as data entry, reporting, scanning, filing
• Customer service emails/ phone calls
• Maintain relevant operational registers
• Investigate on road incidences and customer complaints

What are we looking for?

• Business Administration qualification desired
• Minimum 2 years administration experience
• Current drivers' license (mandatory)
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to operate as an effective team member in fast paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to gain police clearance
