About the role:

Join a high-performing investment business with a strong footprint across Credit, Real Estate and Private Equity markets, managing assets for both institutional and private wealth clients.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a proven background in alternative investments, to lead the product lifecycle of key investment and operational platforms. You’ll be the central point between business and technology teams, responsible for owning the product roadmap, defining user needs, working with engineering teams and ensuring delivery of scalable, fit-for-purpose tools that support both investors and internal stakeholders.

What’s a typical day look like?

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and delivery strategy for investment and operations platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across front office, operations, legal, compliance and technology to gather requirements and translate them into functional outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery to implementation.
• Prioritise backlogs, write user stories and align technical delivery with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities across internal systems and client-facing tools.
• Ensure product scalability and flexibility to support growth across credit, real estate and private markets.

About you:

• 5+ years in a Product Manager role within Financial Services
• Strong understanding of asset classes such as real estate, private equity and credit.
• Capital Markets experience in either Private Equity, Asset Management, Private Wealth, Funds Management, Credit Investments/ Private Credit
• Experience working in investment management, private wealth or alternative asset platforms.
• Proven track record delivering internal tools, data-driven systems or investment workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
