The Account Executive (in Retention Team) is responsible for managing client retention efforts by developing and executing sales and retention strategies to enhance engagement, ensure satisfaction, and build lasting relationships with clients.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and high-touch service via phone calls and emails.
  • Conduct regular outreach to existing and high-value clients to provide account updates, address concerns, and reinforce engagement.
  • Conduct calls to existing clients to provide updates on relevant market insights and FXCM's retail and wholesale product offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and our clients, proactively managing expectations and addressing any issues that may arise with their trading accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends, developments in global financial markets, and the competitive landscape to ensure proactive client engagement.
  • Consistently take initiative to learn about the markets, FX and CFD industry, and FXCM platforms and products.
  • Consistently achieve departmental and individual metrics.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with managers from sales and other departments to work on various projects aimed at improving metrics and incentivizing the growth of the region based on client feedback.


Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing is essential
  • 0-2 years of sales or client relationship management experience with proven track record
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Follow global market trends and events and effectively discuss news releases and trade setups from a general advice perspective
  • Ability to navigate basic and advanced mathematical examples with proficiency and accuracy-an advantage
  • Effective communication skills, analytical skills and adaptable
  • Enthusiastic about client relationship building, market analysis and problem solving
  • Career minded and interested in long-term career growth
