A rare opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager or Creative Operations Manager to join this global creative production agency renowned for delivering world-class content for some of the most iconic architectural and influential landmarks globally. With a strong presence across international markets, their Melbourne studio is looking for a talented and capable Project Manager to join their team in a leadership role.

Working in a highly collaborative creative environment on cutting-edge architectural projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing project delivery and providing strategic leadership to the project management team contributing creative operational insights that enhance performance. Alongside leading the team, you’ll also manage your own portfolio of projects—balancing leadership with hands-on execution.

You’ll be instrumental in driving progress across multiple briefs, supporting the broader production team, and collaborating with both internal creatives and key external stakeholders. You’ll bring outstanding organisational skills, forward-thinking problem-solving, and the confidence to manage both people and process with ease.

With 8+ years experience in project management, studio/creative operations, or similar roles, you thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on project execution. A background in architecture or property will be highly regarded for this role, though is not essential—what matters most is your ability to lead, inspire, and keep projects running at the highest standard.
