About the role:

We’re looking for someone to join the team to support in an administrative capacity. Our team all work remotely, so this role will focus on administration tasks that connect and support our team, clients and government stakeholders.


About you:

A proactive, natural and confident communicator, with an organised and efficient approach to administration duties. You are tech-savvy and must be willing to learn and use new platforms.


Supporting the Fifty Acres government engagement team, an understanding or interest in federal and state government is desirable but not essential.


Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Calling the office of a member of parliament to arrange a meeting for clients
  • Client event management
  • Client onboarding and project management
  • Liaising with our clients to facilitate meeting requests.
  • Manage administration support, including preparing reports, presentations, data entry
  • Travel management for team
  • Setting up a Zoom call for our team and clients

We’re an agile, fast-paced and dedicated team of communicators, and our work involves engagement with high-profile clients, political influencers and government agencies. As such, this is a challenging and dynamic role that at times may also require a level of flexibility on your part (within reason).


Platform knowledge:

  • Slack, Productive, Google Workspace and Figma are desired, but not essential. And a willingness to learn and use new platforms is a must.
  • Knowledge of media and government monitoring tools is an advantage.

Salary range: $60-$80k commensurate with experience.

Reporting to: Managing Director
