Contract Role – 3 months (ASAP Start)

- Competitive hourly rate – up to $38 per hour
- 3-month contract with the potential for extension
- Convenient Brisbane CBD office location
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle customer inquiries, processing 10-15 calls per day
- Assist with basic administrative tasks in the fund team
- Provide clear, professional responses to customer queries
- Support the team with day-to-day operational duties
- Help improve processes for team efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills; prior contact centre experience highly regarded
- Previous experience in superannuation, workers compensation or a similar background
- Ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
