As Product Manager – Surgical Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive market share growth, increase profitability, and support long-term business sustainability. You will be a key force behind Stryker’s continued leadership in surgical innovation across the South Pacific region.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing surgical products—covering pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle management
- Identify and seize market opportunities through robust data analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insights
- Plan and lead educational initiatives such as workshops, roadshows, and in-theatre training for surgeons and hospital staff, promoting safety and innovation
- Support the sales force with technical expertise, product training, commercial tools, and market intelligence
- Collaborate with internal teams including regulatory, operations, and global marketing to ensure efficient product delivery and registration processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital executives
- Lead the development of business proposals and tender submissions, leveraging visual data analytics and digital marketing channels
- Proven success in product management, including launching new products and managing complex portfolios
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and ability to translate technical and clinical data into actionable strategies
- A degree in marketing, biomedical sciences, engineering, or a related field
- High level of computer literacy, including digital marketing, data visualization, and CRM systems
