Senior Test Analyst | Brisbane CBD | Long-term Contract Role

We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven contractor with a strong background in software testing and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and manage test plans for D365 CRM and its integrations
• Validate CRM configurations (customer portal, plugins, workflows, RBAC, external interfaces)
• Identify and track defects using Azure DevOps with clear repro steps
• Perform system integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing
• Develop and run automation scripts using Easy Repro and Selenium
• Collaborate with dev teams to ensure timely defect resolution
• Facilitate UAT sessions and incorporate user feedback
• Ensure best practice QA and testing processes
• Prepare test data and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years in software testing, including 2+ years on D365 CRM projects
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven test management using Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with automation frameworks: Easy Repro, Selenium
• Ability to work independently and across multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in government ICT projects
• Ability to mentor junior testers and support a culture of quality
