YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Project Logistics to lead CEVA’s Project Logistics division in the Pacific.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Pacific, you will be responsible for full strategic, operational, and financial oversight of the business. This role will suit a commercially savvy leader with deep expertise in heavy-lift, out-of-gauge and complex cargo solutions.

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Project Logistics to lead CEVA’s Project Logistics division in the Pacific.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Pacific, you will be responsible for full strategic, operational, and financial oversight of the business. This role will suit a commercially savvy leader with deep expertise in heavy-lift, out-of-gauge and complex cargo solutions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, You Will
- Deliver business performance and profitability through full P&L ownership
- Lead the operations team to deliver world-class project logistics services
- Oversee commercial activities, including business development and pricing
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with CEVA QHSE standards
- Maintain adherence to relevant legal, regulatory and safety requirements
- Represent CEVA as part of the Pacific Executive Leadership Team
- Drive continuous improvement and meet all key performance indicators.
Our ideal candidate has significant experience in project logistics and heavy-lift operations. You will also have:
- Solid experience in project logistics or oil & gas supply chain
- Demonstrated full P&L responsibility in a senior leadership role
- Strong commercial, contract, and financial management skills
- Technical expertise in transport engineering and cargo chartering
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer / stakeholder management skills
- Industry credentials and tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
